TERMS & CONDITIONS - ONLINE DRIVE NUTRITION COACHING

 

1. Definitions

  • "Services": The online coaching program provided by Online Drive Nutrition Coaching.

  • "Coaching Cycle": A four-week period of coaching services.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due in full at the beginning of each Coaching Cycle through EzyPay.

3. Minimum Commitment

  • There is a minimum coaching term of 8 weeks.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your coaching and stop automatic payments by providing written notice at least one week before your next scheduled payment.

  • Cancellations received after the deadline will be charged for the upcoming Coaching Cycle.

5. Confidentiality

  • We will maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding all personal information you share during your coaching program.

  • We will not share any photos of you without your prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

  • We strive to provide the best possible support and guidance to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. However, due to individual factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current dietary habits.

8. Client Acknowledgement:

  • You also agree that you have no undisclosed injury or illness that may affect your ability to undertake rigorous exercise and to the best of your knowledge you are ready and able to undertake this nutrition and  exercise program.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided as part of the Services, including handouts, worksheets, and online content, are the intellectual property of Online Drive Nutrition Coaching.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal use only.

10. Disclaimer

  • You acknowledge and agree that the Services are of a general nutritional nature and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice.

  • You should always consult with a licensed healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet or exercise routine.

11. Waiver and Limitations of Liability

  • By using our Services, you agree to waive and hold harmless Online Drive Nutrition Coaching, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including any reliance on the information provided.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS - FACE TO FACE PERSONAL TRAINING AT EMF PACIFIC FAIR

 

1. Definitions

  • "Training Program": The personalised exercise program designed by Jassmyn Walker Coaching specifically for you.

  • "Training Session": A scheduled one-on-one training session with your personal trainer.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule: All training sessions must be pre-paid.

  • Payment Methods: You can choose to pay through our direct debit service or via bank transfer.

  • Payment Deadline: Payments must be received at least 12 hours before the scheduled training session (unless otherwise organised with the trainer) or the session will be cancelled.

3. Commitment

By agreeing to this contract, you agree to commit to the agreed-upon training program and session frequency.

4. Cancellation

  • Coaching Program Cancellation: You must provide one week's written notice (7 days) to cancel your coaching program.

5. Session Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a training session.

  • If a client cancels or reschedules with less than 12 hours' notice, they will be charged for the scheduled training session except under special circumstances or in case of emergency.

6. Prolonged Absences

  • Clients are required to provide 7 days' advance notice for any planned absences exceeding one session. This applies to holidays, vacations or other extended breaks from training.
