CUSTOMISED Nutrition PLANS
After your in-depth assessment, we'll create a customised meal plan that is tailored specifically to your needs, preferences, and goals.
This approach translates to a plan with your ideal daily calorie intake, a macronutrient breakdown (carbs, protein, fat), and food delicious food choices that incorporate your preferences while still achieving your fat loss goal.
CUSTOMISED TRAINING PLANS
We will create a fully customised training plan for you through our smartphone app!
Track your progress easily, watch exercise demonstration videos and link up your smart watch to track your steps.
Gain access to valuable educational resources that empower you with a strong foundation in nutrition.
Over the past few years, we have created multiple resources to help make fat loss as easy and as understandable as possible.

NUTRITION EDUCATION
Weekly Check-Ins
Stay connected with your nutrition coach through weekly check-ins conducted through email, with the ability to message your coach at any time for smaller questions through social media.
We will provide you with a list of questions to answer each week. You can choose which day you would like to check-in. The day AFTER your check-in, we will send you an updated plan with feedback and work ons for the week ahead.
These check-ins provide you with the opportunity to discuss your progress, ask questions, address concerns, and receive ongoing guidance and support, ensuring that you remain on track towards your goals.

Absolutely NOT! Our clients are always pleasantly surprised with how delicious our meals are! Expect meals like: Chicken Burgers, Creamy Tomato Pasta, Potato Salad, English Muffins and more!

This is dependent on how disciplined YOU are throughout the challenge. A good rule of thumb is 0.5-1kg of weight lost per week on average. You could lose 8+kg!
