MEET YOUR COACH

At school, I had a love for many sports, with my main sport being rugby union. This led me to study personal training after school. Since then I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 7 years. In 2019 and 2020 I was selected as a finalist for New Zealand personal trainer of the year.

My passion is training and nutrition. I believe in taking a very personalised approach to coaching my clients. Finding what works for you is crucial for long-term success.

I pride myself on helping my clients to achieve their goals. I am glad to have been able to help hundreds of clients complete very impressive transformations with their bodies!
